On my E82 the black rubber seals are turning grey especially the one around the sunroof. Is there a miracle product out there that will blacken them up ? Is it major surgery if i could source a new one ?

Try this https://www.halfords.com/motoring/car-cleaning/interior-cleaning/meguiars-ultimate-black-355ml-248158.html
I use it on my daughters car, brings up window rubber trim, plastics in fact anything black. A little goes a long way. Read the description, also says for rubber trim.

I use that on my interior plastics to give them some protection & gives it a nice finish.
