   Hi All. I am posting this in the SE section as the RH post code I believe fall into that region. Last Sunday we held by consent with the owners a BMW advertised meet. The site is not exclusive so some other makes and models attended. The bottom line was there were over 40 BMW cars, so great turn out. Those included a 2002, E36 M3, E46 M3, 850iM, E31 850, lots of new M2/3/4 and some Alpina inc B7, XD3, D4, 2 x D3BT, B10V8.

Unfortunately some people were turned away due to restricted space which was not previously notified to me as the organiser. Moving forward it looks like it will be pre booking by ticket and 5 pounds was mentioned which could be redeemed in the Cafe. I am in a dialogue with the site management and owners to see if we can move forward and facilitate further meets.

The demand was overwhelming, it is a very nice private estate site with excellent facilities, but needs attendance planning by the owners.

Thanks to many, many club members who supported the first event and we hope there will be more.
