I'm not sure if this is the correct forum to offer my thanks but I will any way. I cracked the back light on the X5 last weekend to the point that it won't pass its MOT in June. So I rang the parts department at the Cheltenham Cotswold dealership on Tuesday as I've had good experience of them in the past. And yet again I wasn't disappointed, they ordered the back light from stock and it along with the other couple of items I needed arrived at home on Thursday. Not only did they give me a  very good discount, they also sent everything free delivery and packaged it up very securely (especially when I included screen wash in the order) I was very happy. Now considering I live over 100 miles away and could of used a local dealer I this the service I received from them speaks for itself.
So thanks to Paul in the BMW Cotswold Cheltenham parts department for your exemplary service.

Well said that man!

All too often we seem to focus on finding faults... in work, at home and at play. Finding people "doing things right" can have such positive effects... for all involved.

Thanks for posting.

Thanks Peter for your reply, I quite agree we always try to see the worst in things and people, but in this instance it was hassle free and my local dealers wouldn't have given me the same discount as they did, all I've got to do now it fit the tail light.Cry
