Hello!

It's right that we call out poor and shoddy products and services when we see and experience them, especially if we are paying! Thumbs Down

But it's important - and perhaps good for the soul! - to catch people "doing things RIGHT" as well! Big smile

Just renewed my club car insurance today through A-Plan. I have to say it was a reallly positive experience from start to finish. Got my renewal documents - pretty decent price - but as I had to change a few details, gave A-Plan a call.

Spoke with Hannah, who had been calling me for the past week or two, leaving friendly and polite messages about my renewal. A couple of times during the call she went to argue my case with the underwriters. And in the end she secured for me and even better deal than my renewal quote reducing it - already very competitive by a further 15% or so! Result! Beer

She was excellent at every stage and I just wanted to share a really positive (and successful!) experience in the dull old world of insurance with other members. Clap

Really super job, Hannah and A-Plan. Very happy to be staying with you. Big smile
