We have arranged a visit to BMW HQ @ Farnborough Hampshire on 6th Oct 19 followed by a run out of max 40 cars to Goodwood Motor Circuit and then finishing at Denbies Vinyard near Dorking, 10 mins to M25. to date we have 18 cars booked limited is 40, its a fair mix 7 ALPINA, some M Power, M Sport E24, E28, E31 a fair mix. ------------- n |

Despite no interest on this forum for this event we have 46 Cars registered and about 70 people attending. This has not been an easy event to organise due to a number of obstacles put in our way. However, we have overcome those, we hope. This will be the last event I shall be involved with organising for Club members within the Club and under it's umbrella as the internal club process is far too slow and too onerous. I shall be organising other events outside the Club, so I defer to no one and am in total control. This will save me a lot of time, provide a precise and quick answer for those attending. Therefore, I should like to apologise to members who contacted me and asked "what is happening about this or that?" We could not answer until this week as we did not have the information from the Club Director. There is no fault on behalf of the office staff who no doubt were equally in the dark. Sadly it looks like rain, but I hope members enjoy the day. ------------- n |
