Locating number plate OEJ 636

   A request from a gentleman in Flint, North Wales, to locate a number plate which may be on a BMW in Swansea:
NUMBER PLATE: OEJ 636 

CAR MODEL: 1998 BLUE BMW 323I SE AUTO - (Mileage shows low around
39,000)

Owner from Swansea (Possibly) 

Original number was on a white
Austin A40 owner by my mum from 1964 till around 1991/92. It was her first car, she would be
over the moon if the registration was traced and possibly bought back to your
family.

Her mother bought the car for her
when she passed her driving test. My grandfather (on my fathers side
of the family) sold the car with its number to a person from Swansea. I have no details who the person
was. 

To my knowledge the number plate is
still registered to the above BMW.

I would really appreciate if
the person/owner was found, possibly he or she would be willing to contact
me regarding the registration.
