Help red EML light

   Hi, I am a newbie and in need of help 
I have had lots of BM's over the years but my health has taken it's toll and not been into cars or meets for a while and of course this covid!

I will try be short I bought a 118i convertible 2009 with 66k miles just over a week ago for some summer fun I drove it back 100 miles all fine started it up first time to day and whilst warming up I had the yellow brake light, hand brake and red eml light come on....now it has been serviced right and on 27th BMW had it for doing to recalls by previous owner error codes 30c1 oil pressure control and 2EF7 any how a garage near me is doing the first code as the other was a past thing hoping this cures all but a bit worried as I have been looking into these N43 engines as I also noticed a slight rattle at holding the throttle at around 2500rpm.

Should I be concerned or would BMW take a look or shall I hope all is good?
