Hoping someone can help 🙃
I have a BMW e90 2.0 Diesel estate and have been having serious issues with it since yesterday morning. Everything was fine and then all of a sudden I lost all power. After this it would only start after pressing the start button 5 or 6 times. Now it’s not starting at all. I called AA out and they have told me the ECU is non-responsive and I have a fault relating to the fuel pump. The fuel pump was constantly running, even when the battery was dead. My partner has checked all the fuses, as well as the 5 that are slightly hidden, and they are all fine. He said it could maybe be one of the relays? The guy from AA also said the fuse board could have gone as this is a very common fault with this car. Has anyone had this problem? Or similar and could help me out? Thank you 🙂

hi Chelsea
I have an e90 diesel but haven’t had any problems with mine & haven’t heard of anyone having the problem that you are having. If you haven’t resolved the problem since your post,I would get the car on a diagnostics system to have any fault codes read if the aa guy didn’t do it, this would give you more of an idea of what to look at to sort the problem. Thank you for your reply.
I’m having it plugged in Friday, so fingers crossed I will have a batter idea of what’s going on.
