The Yorkshire Area BMW Breakfast Meet is back! Sunday, 6th September is German Car Day at The Motorist. Admission by ticket only. The price is £2 per person. Tickets only available on this link from The Motorist on-line shop. https://the-motorist.myshopify.com/products/open-sundays-6th-september-ticket-only-starring-all-things-german. You need to pre-book your arrival time to control the flow of entries to the site. If you want to join us please try and get an early arrival slot if you can. BMWCC Yorkshire Area Group will be there from 10am *PRE BOOKED TICKETS ONLY* NO TICKET, NO ENTRY. We hope all of you have been staying safe and well over recent months. The Motorist will be opening its door’s again, Sundays only, for now! Gates close at 3:30PM and last orders at the cafe will be at 1:30PM. Please read through the following points carefully:
Tickets are limited and will be sold in half hour blocks to stay within Government guidelines and reduce numbers. 12 yrs and under go free but please book them a slot so we can be sure of numbers. Due to the restrictions and difficulties in operating during these very strange times these will be pre booked ticket only. (No tickets will be available at the gate) Please do not turn up earlier than your allotted ticket time, we need to stagger arrivals to aid social distancing on site and prevent any blockages of the narrow entry road to the site. (Please do not turn up early and park on the verges or the approach to the facility. There are other road users who need access beyond our location and we do not want to cause any blockages, upsetting our neighbours) Please act responsibly whilst on site, social distancing rules apply and we ask that you wear a face mask when inside any building. Please consider others and limit your visit to a reasonable time frame allowing all to enjoy their day out. Many venues are placing restrictions on visiting times but we feel our customers can exercise their judgement and gauge it for themselves on the day. Please follow the directions on any signs or from staff. We should have all got the hang of it by now with restrictions in supermarkets and other retail outlets. BY PURCHASING THIS TICKET YOU ARE CONFIRMING YOU HAVE READ UNDERSTOOD THESE REQUIREMENTS. We look forward to welcoming you all back in the coming weeks and hopefully we can open more frequently and larger in numbers as the situation eases. |
