Hi,

Recent BMW owners club and forum member so hello all! Beer

I've fairly recently bought a 93 850Ci which is an absolute delight, but the radio doesn't work. Just won't turn on. I'd like to keep everything original so would be great to fix this one. It appears to be a pretty complex system with the head unit, a further 'brain' in the boot, an amplifier, and the CD changer. (head unit pic below)

Has anybody had any experience getting a similar unit repaired? Can you recommend anyone to speak with?

Big thanks!
Joe

Have a word with Revive Car Audio in Trowbridge. They are very friendly and helpful.

Hi Joe,

There are a couple of fuses worth trying first. The one that is easy to miss is the 10amp between the connector blocks at the back of the Amp.

Let us know how this goes?
Cheers
Graham
