Hi All,

I have recently Purchased a 93 840 Ci, I am registered blind (don’t drive it so don’t fret 😜😜😜) and would appreciate a bit of assistance please with the following points
- want to fit a DAB Into the car but don’t want to have the aerial in the windscreen, and ideas ??
- to the front seats of the car have small pockets, mine has a light grey leather interior, can anyone point me in the direction to replace to pockets please
-the damaged ash tray lid needs replacing, need to replace and ideas ??
- suitable replacement of tyres when ready

Hi Bill, I haven't logged on in a while and I have just seen your post.

For the parts questions there are a number of specialists (Munich Legends or http://www.phoenixmotorsport.co.uk) that you can approach of BMW directly. Unfortunately not all parts are still available from BMW so you may be forced down the second hand / salvage route... just to be aware. 

The DAB upgrade is a good question and should be straight forward for the above mentioned specialists to advise on.

As for tyres, getting spares can often be troublesome as the years have passed. I have been buying Falken tyres from Black Circles at the correct sizes per the Owners Manual on my CSI.
