I have a 2008 E65. I have been using the display in full screen mode for years. Recently the Idrive is set on split screen but I don't want that and want to go back to full screen.
It never use to be like this until I clicked the thing on the nav menu to have the map show on the right side. If I tell it to not show the map I get 2/3 of the screen (on the left) show with the menus etc and the right side is just black.... Until I tell it to have the OBC data or nav info etc. Any ideas how to make it full screen again? Forum input suggests can not be done surely this cannot be right as I had full screen before? I have tried all option on iDrive but no joy. |

Hi Wildfire and welcome
Good question and mind boggling too. I've tried it myself on a f10 which has the business large screen that the navigation is split screen and no option to make it just one screen. I need to do some more digging on this. |

You should be able to go into I drive and select settings, you will then see a symbol which says "Split", unclick it and you get a full screen. I have E65 .
