Andrew

I will post an agenda here in the next week or so.

All members are welcome, (as are non-members, but voting is restricted to members).

Do not believe there were any minutes of last year's meeting.

Hi Peter,
Is it best practice to throw ones hat into the ring on the day to stand for election for any potential committee post?
Given that I am newer than new to the membership, is it better for me to just look and listen on the day?

Probably best to put your name forward as early as possible and then I can try and do things in an organised fashion!

That goes for everybody!

As I have never been there before, is the Swan on A556? Thanks

I wasn't able to attend this - can anyone give a brief summary of the main points/changes to personnel?

Jay Milnes and I both stood down from the committee.

Two members put their names forward to join the committee. They were proposed, seconded and elected unanimously.

If my memory serves me correctly I think their names were Jeff Heywood and Paul Kelly Smile.

There will not be a Chairman. The workload will be shared across the eight committee members.

I am sure there will be more details in the May edition of the magazine.
