Is there no one interested? perhaps we could make a list, if there is no interest then I will not bother with the Z trophy. I cant expect Nigel to pay for a trophy and I am the only with a Z to turn up.

Now 50 views but no takers that is very disappointing not sure what is happening in the z register! So I see no point in asking Nigel from Autospray the sponsor so spend money on a trophy if nobody from the register can bother to turn up.

Ron,
I have posted my Drive and Dines on here for about 8 years and got no more than a handful of responses during that time. I'm used to it.
I bet if you posted on zroadster you'd get a response. Sorry to say it but thats the way it is.
I keep trying and will continue to do so.
I had a moderate response to the Gaydon weekend and then mentioned it to the regular drive and diners over the weekend and yesterday and immediately 13 people signed up and paid deposits --  on the spot.

By the way Ron there is lots happening in the z register it just doesnt seem to happen through here.
There is even more happening out there where register members are involved. Last Saturday 35 Zs were involved in a day out around North Yorkshire. About a third were register members but it wasnt a car club event. Sad. But a great event. I had John Safe glued to my bumper most of the day

Just looked at the stats

ZRoadster - In total there are 27 users online :: 17 Registered, 1 Hidden and 9 Guests

17 members out of 8168 = .21% of membership viewing

BMWCC

7 members out of 1158 = 0.6%
of membership viewing

p.s. I'm logged into ZRoadster but not actually viewing

I did post the event on Zroadster and 125 views and one response, mine cancelling the trophy. Yes Phil I have noted the lack of response  on your drive and dines wish I could respond but not in the Midlands or Yorkshire! I will keep plugging away here in the west. Just what are we doing wrong here was the zroadster at one time the official BMW CC Z forum?

The Zroadster.net is a 100% WEB BASED forum for ZEDCARS NOTHING Else--

The BMW Car Club is a MAGAZINE based club which has a forum for many different UK Regions--TEN------ and Registers UK ELEVEN------ for ALL Different MODELS from 1956 to this date. -------- the world is changing so it means we have to communicate more and has given those who were able to act quickly and provide a webased service for owners a positive lead.

WE--have to show by our many benifits of Club membership, that we can and do provide much more--BUT that does NOT mean we cannot work with other owner Sites-----NO Problems--

Yes Ron - Zroadster.net was the 'Home of the BMW Car CLub's Z Register,' back in the days when the Zroadster.net founder, Tim Cullis, was also the Z Reg Chair, and when the BMWCC did not have a website - never mind a forum!

Times have changed, but the member's apathy remains a constant . . .
