I understand from Barons BMW front shock for E30 M3 no longer available from BMW? Does anyone have alternative suggestions please? if not any know where I can find any originals new.

They were a rare thing to buy when I had mine 15 years ago and the lack of stock from the dealer helped swing my decision to buy a complete set from Schnitzer.
It transformed the car. I doubt that Schnitzer kit is available now but there are others and one in particular that is a bespoke thing for the gentleman with deep pockets. The old M3 is fussy about the correct suspension.. and on suspension that still functions but is ageing and past its best you'll be wondering what all the fuss is about as it feels no better than any other old BMW

I think Munich legends do a full bilstein kit.

They dont. All they will do is just order in some Bilstein shocks that you buy anywhere on line.
Bilstien B6 shock is the closest to an original M3 shock, a B8 a bit firmer. |
