Probably something like CarPro Iron-X, or Gtechnq W6 Iron & Fallout remover, or Valet Pro - Bilberry Wheel Cleaner

Once you have cleaned the wheels, try using wax on them, this is alleged to help.

All sorted. Wheels in for powdercoating . Going with Frozen Gold or as near as. BMW wont release the original recipe

It will only happen again . . . and again!  I find that the best answer is to use EBC Redstuff pads, which are very good, and generate very little dust.  Then clean the wheels regularly with car shampoo and a paintbrush.
