Electric mirrors not working and bulb out error

   HI, i shall hopefully find the answer to this here.

I am a first time BMW owner and picked up a 2011 118d M Sport. 

When i test drove it there were a few issues that were sorted, however when i picked the car up there are 2 things that have come up. the dealer will naturally deal with them for me, but its a bit of a trekk to them and if i can do it myself for a few quid all is good.

Firstly the electric mirrors dont work at all. I tried changing the fuses but the key showing which fuses is which is missing and i dont know where to start.

As for the bulb out warning, well the internal id code is CC ID 345 and 346 which translates across as rear tail and brake light out. 
I changed both the bulbs and they do not light when i pressed the brakes, so i guess this is why there is the warning.

Anyone have any tips please.?  Thanks
