E90 (Touring, 57 Reg) Coolant hose renewal

   Has anyone any tips for renewing the top hose of the two connected to the offside of the radiator (half-way down)? After the BMW clip is pulled out, does the hose just pull off the radiator spigot? The other end disappears behind what I think is something to do with the turbo. Has this to be removed? Has that end of the hose got another of these clips to remove? And what about the silvery band about 5 cm from the end? Lastly, any tips on refilling/bleeding the system when finished? Thanks in anticipation!
