does anyone have any suggestions regarding the most suitable products to re-waterproof and re-furbish the sort top on my 1990 325 cabriolet?

I've always used and been happy with BMW's own products.
I've heard other use Autoglym or Renovo. |

done mine the other week used autoglym and seems to be okay with all this rain.

I have always used autoglym, the rain beads on the top for quiet a few months after. |
