Bonnet holes

Depending on the colour of your car, the holes in the bonnet may not be so visible. They are threaded and my reasoning for them been there is for an attachment during the build process. This then allows the robot painters to lift the bonnet and not bother spraying properly.
 
Anyway on a red car they do show up somewhat as the holes are not even painted.
 
So after measuring the holes my local dealer came up with a couple of bungs to fit. I then sprayed waxoyl in and sealed off the holes.
 
The part number is 51 71 82 260 04
 
The car does look finished now.
