4series hvac/ heater problem

Good afternoon 
I have a 2014 435i.  I get hot air on passenger side and cold/cool air on drivers side.  Anyone know the problem and how this fix this. 
Probably a problem with a flap in the heating system.  Any suggestions or expertise on this appreciated
