I just received the following message from the BMW Clubs International Office:
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Dear BMW Club members,

The time has come again for a new edition of our newsletter BMW Clubs’ World with some news as well as interesting reports from the worldwide BMW Club scene. Please visit the website of the BMW Clubs International Council (http://www.bmw-clubs-international.com/en/news_events/council_news.html) to download the newsletter. We would like to thank all contributors for the reports and photographs sent in and we hope very much that you enjoy this issue.

We will of course continue to provide you with interesting articles and kindly ask you for your contributions. Deadline for issue 3/14 is July 21st, 2014!

We hope you enjoy reading!

Your BMW Clubs International Office team

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
For those of you that are unaware of the international side of BMW Club life, all official clubs are members of what is called a "local umbrella organization". In the UK and Scandinavia, this is called BMW Clubs European Federation, or BCEF for short. Each geographical region of the world has its own umbrella organization, and the ruling body is the BMW Clubs International Council. The magazine and many other items are produced on their behalf by the Club Office in Munich, run by a team of very efficient ladies.
If you want to read the back issues of the magazine, visit the BCEF website at http://www.bcef.eu and click on the publications button. A drop down list shows all the issues back to about 2003.
Feel free to criticize the website - I wrote it many years ago and it is due a major revamp.Tongue
Howard

BMW Classic issues a newsletter about 4 times a year. You can download the latest one here:

http://www.bmw-clubs-international.com/en/news_events/council_news.html

Each issue is quite large, so it may take a while to download.

If you would like to write an article on anything that is BMW Car Club GB related, please do so and forward it by the deadline for issue 4 by the 10th October. If it gets there late, so long as it is not time dependent, then it could well be used in later editions.
