Do you mean to bond the screen to the car, or the rubber seal that fills the gap between the body and car?

when you open the cab roof you have a main seal that pushes into the roof at the front,it goes in the fabric and gets sealed in.

One of the tricks for the Toyota MR2 for the T-Bar roof was to cover the seal in a tall bead of Black Mastic, cover with cling film and then refit the roof. Leave overnight and as the mastic set it took the perfect profile of the seal and the top of the screen, and stopped leaks and wind noise.

You could use this method, you need to get Black Windscreen Mastic, but you have to be very careful with it as once it touches something, it ain't coming off with ease!

Alternatively, a new seal!
